Cris is an Argentine legal scholar holding a Master's degree in Philosophy of Law and currently pursuing an advanced DPhil at the University of Freiburg, Germany. He was previously a visiting researcher at the Université Paris VIII Vincennes Saint Denis and gave talks about his research topic in the USA, UK, Sweden, Italy, and Germany. His academic research encompasses the domains of medical ethics and political philosophy. Grounded in the theoretical framework of Michel Foucault and extending beyond, his scholarly inquiry is dedicated to examining the hermeneutic potential of specific sexual practices—such as BDSM, bug chasing, and barebacking—to elucidate the mechanisms through which contemporary power dynamics operate.
