Shipping Policy - The Basics

1. Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are fulfilled by Lightning Source. This allows us to minimize waste, keep overhead low, and ensure each book is printed and shipped as needed. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding holidays or pre-order delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping speed. Lightning Source partners with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and international services to deliver your books safely.

3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery windows:

U.S. orders: 5–10 business days
International orders: 10–21 business days

Please note: these are estimates and can vary based on destination, customs, or carrier-related issues.

4. Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a tracking update within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at awatum@ofeverything.co

5. Lost or Delayed Orders
While rare, delays or lost packages can happen. If your order seems unusually delayed or is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, reach out and we’ll help resolve it.
