Refund Policy - The Basics

1. Returns & Refunds

Because we’re a small press focused on amplifying underrepresented and literary voices, we do not offer traditional refunds or returns. Every purchase directly supports our authors, many of whom are pushing boundaries in experimental, inclusive, and essential ways.

If a book you ordered doesn’t resonate with you, we encourage you to:

Pass it along to a friend, student, or fellow reader.
Donate it to a local library, shelter, community center, or free bookstore.
Leave it in a public space with a note—let it become someone else’s unexpected discovery.

Stories deserve second lives.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, that’s on us—not the story. Please email [Contact Email] within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or other solution.

3. Limited Editions

Some limited or one-of-a-kind items (e.g., signed copies, custom printings) may not be replaceable—but we’ll do our best to work with you if something goes wrong.
